The Obsidian Villa scales our darkest palette to villa size: black-frame glazing, charcoal render accents, smoked oak interiors and one dramatic stone-clad chimney wall rising two floors. Gardens and warm lighting keep the gravity welcoming.

Family zones soften to taupe and leather; the home theatre and bar lean fully into the dark. Facade, landscape and security lighting run astronomical schedules. Considerable presence, controlled completely.
