The Clay Villa is built from potter’s tones: clay-plaster feature walls, terracotta screens as stair guards, hand-thrown basins and unglazed tile floors that age like a favourite pot. The garden courtyard supplies the greens.

Furniture keeps rounded and low with undyed fabrics. Niches display studio pottery under warm micro-spots. Earthy automation too — irrigation, dusk lamps, and a rain-pause sensor for the courtyard. Handmade at villa scale.
